Scientific Preparation 
  • IAM527 Advanced Calculus and Integration (or MATH250 )
  • IAM530 Elements of Probability and Statistics
  • IAM591 Programming Techniques in Applied Mathematics I
  • IAM592 Programming Techniques in Applied Mathematics II
  • The selection of SP courses depends highly on the background of the student.
  • Consulting to the advisor or secretary of IAM is advised.
  • To pass scientific preparation programme successfully students should get at least CB grade in all SP courses. To see more details of the rules and regulations follow this link.    
  • Depending on the background of the student and the availability of these courses SP can be one or two semester.
